The Vice-President shall preside at all meetings of the Executive
Council and of the body of the Association in the absence of the President.
The Vice-President shall act as liaison between all project and standing
committee chairs and the Executive Council, with chairs of said projects
and committees directly responsible to the Vice-President, unless stated
otherwise in this Constitution.
The Vice-President is ultimately responsible for all special events
that the Council wishes to plan. Responsibilities for duties related to
special events may be delegated to the Program Committee, defined in
Article VII Section 1, as deemed necessary.
The Vice-President shall have full voting privileges in all matters
relating to the Council and the body of the Association.
