The Treasurer shall manage all monetary affairs of the Association. The
Treasurer shall be responsible for managing properties of the Association
held by members of the Association. The Treasurer shall make the Annual
Report of the Association's Finances.
The Treasurer shall have full voting privileges in all matters relating
to the Council and the body of the Association.
